Cancellation Policy
There will be a fee for a missed appointment with fewer than 48 hours notice. The fee charged will be 50% of the cost of the surgery, as medications and staff for the surgery have been prepared in advance. Surgery will not be rescheduled until the fee is paid.
Regular Charlottetown office hours are:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday/Sunday: Closed
Summer hours in affect for July/August:
Mondays in July: (admin only) 8:00am – 4:00pm
Tuesday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday/Sunday: closed
*Please note: medical team will not be available the last week of July and 1st week of August
Telephone messages may be left after hours on our answering machine. However, patients must contact us during office hours about cancellations.
